I never knew this band even existed, but in a strange twist of fate, I learned of them from a very unusual source. A Japanese singer from a band called Coldrain, which I learned of from an Anime, Ninja Kamui and finding the English vocals to be so perfectly pronounced, went on a search to discover the background of the lead singer, Masato Hayakawa who named Sevendust as one of his major inspirations. It's so rare to see a black person involved in music, but not hiphop, R&B, Rap and Reggae. It shouldn't be, but it is and there's nothing wrong with that. We're all just humans and music brings us together.
